  Dear Tom Sr, Tom Jr and the staff I want to thank you for all the comfort and help you showed me when my son, John passed away. I have never in my life been so distraught, but you helped me walk through every step along the way. I thank Ron for promptly getting John's body from Upstate, he was so kind, caring and so professional. Tom, you and the staff took my son and really made him look great, not like he had been so very sick, but almost perfect. I know the task was not easy. Everything about the service was so professional and I cannot thank you enough!
