To my Special Aunt
I love you . You were my mother for many years. You taught me many lesons including that Cod Liver Oil was nasty as we stood in line every morning to accept our daily dose.I remember sitting on the floor many evenings as you rolled my long hair in white rags so it would be curly the next day.
I remember sitting on a table helping you peel the tomato skins so you could cann them, The endless sauage skins we filld. All this resulted in the best Italian food.
But most of all I remember the unconditional love,tenderness,and caring that you gave me
Aunt Katie you will eternally remain in my heart
I will miss you but I know someday we will be together again.
