Donna Marie (Delahunt) Shively

February 14, 1937 - January 26, 2022

Donna Marie (Delahunt) Shively, 84, of Pennellville passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born in Bernhards Bay to the late Norman and Doris (Pease) Delahunt. She received her bachelor’s degree in education from Buffalo State University and worked for many years as an administrative assistant to John Giamartino of Tully’s Good Times Family Inc., a position she took great pride in and retired from in 1999. Donna enjoyed painting, a good book, and the outdoors; she appreciated the natural beauty of flowers and boating trips with her family. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her children, Thomas Runfola in 2015 and Randal Runfola in 2020 and her brother, Duane Delahunt in 2006. Donna is survived by her loving husband, Alan Shively; her children, Pamela (Lewis) Palomeque and Jeffrey (Judy) Runfola, Christine (Trace) Chandler, John Shively and Jamie (Harris) Kuhr; grandchildren, Amanda Wenke, Leslie Ortiz, Matthew Miller, Lewis Palomeque, and Ryan, Nicole, Sarah, Renee and Tyler Runfola; great-grandchildren, Carly, Elliot, Rosalie, Mateo and Ameera; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to extend a special thanks to those who made it possible for Mom to live her last years at home, especially Deb, Anita, Samantha, Serena, and Leatha. Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 11 am – 1 pm immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Donna’s life at 1 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
