Joe, I am so sorry that I missed the opportunity to see you to express to you and your family how much of an impact your mother made on my life and the lives of the other members of the OMH Regional Education Center. The power of her personality lay in the gentleness, warmth and understanding I and others experienced while in her presence. She was the queen mother lending her support to all she worked with and cared for. And all the members of the training team knew this and always paid her the royal deference she deserved. No one ever messed with Georgette. Given her outlook on what was truly important in life, they would never win. I am so sorry for your loss but like you, I am sure, grateful for the treasure chest of memories she left behind.

I am so grateful to have had Uncle Joe and Aunt Georgette as my Godparents. They were always good to me and caring as I was growing up. I remember sitting in their house listening to all the old stories they shared with my parents ( Orla and Anne Azzoto). My condolenses to the family.
