“They handled my grandmother's funeral and I was so impressed with all the staff. Everyone in my family felt taken care of and everything went so smoothly with their guidance. Anything we asked, they quickly responded and helped us. Specifically, a couple of us wanted to add things to display and the staff took care of it for us without question--they figured out how to display it and took care of the items after. Another example was at the cemetery where our carload wasn't sure when to get out of the limo and the driver told us specifically when to go and to be careful about the uneven ground. I was so appreciative of them through it all. On a day that was so difficult, they helped us focus on each other and grandma, not on the logistic details. Thank you so much for your care and your professionalism!”
