Jo was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever known. She was a long time friend of my mother and I remember she always had a smile on her face and kind words for everyone. Plus, as a past president of the St. Therese Society Jo was always ready to chair an event no matter what it involved. She definitely was an angel on this earth. So sorry for your loss. Jo loved her family and hosted dinners every month and all holidays for them and their friends. I was always welcome and felt honored to be included when visiting Syracuse. She was a very kind, caring lady with a wonderful sense of humor. And an amazing appetite!! She`ll be truly missed.
Jo was one of the first people I worked with at the school district. She was such a lovely woman. I had the pleasure of working with her and knowing her for many years. My sincerest condolences.
So very sad to lose this truly loving woman, but so very happy to have been a part of her life for over 40 years. We were immediately accepted when Maryanne brought us to the Gillette home those many years ago, which was not always the case back then, and from that moment on we have been part of this wonderful family, that we both cherish to this very day. Rest in Peace Momma Jo, and give a big hug to my forever bff for me.
