Marianne (DeLorenzo) DiNiro

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marianne DiNiro, age 59, of Brewerton, NY, on October 24, 2024. Marianne graduated from Henninger High School in 1983. She was employed as an office manager with Associated Fire Protection. Marianne was a beloved wife, daughter, sister & friend, whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Marianne had a deep love for the St. Lawrence River where she spent countless hours boating with the love of her life, her husband Matt. After spending many years at the river, she moved to Oneida lake where her love for boating and views of the water were right outside her back door. Marianne's vibrant personality and genuine kindness made her the type of person everyone loved from the moment they met her. She had an extraordinary ability to make people laugh and her positive spirit was infectious. She loved spending time with her large extended family & friends, especially her nieces & nephews. Marianne's presence was always a source of joy and comfort. Marianne is predeceased by her father, Joe DeLorenzo, grandparents, Frank & Antoinette D’Eredita and Edward & Margaret DeLorenzo; father and mother-in-law Jack & Anna DiNiro, Brother, John DiNiro and niece Anna DiNiro She is survived by her loving husband, Matt, mother, Patricia DeLorenzo, sister, Michelle Guilfoil (Mike), brother-in-law, Rich DiNiro (Pam) nephews, Michael (Alex) Guilfoil, Marc Guilfoil, niece, Gianna DiNiro, and her fur baby Morgan along with a host of friends and family who will forever cherish her memory. Funeral services will take place at 8:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 31, 2024, in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral Mass in celebration of Marianne’s life at 9:00 A.M. in Sacred Heart Church of Cicero 8229 Brewerton Rd., Cicero. Marianne will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (Corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY 13212. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, an organization that was close to Marianne’s heart. Marianne will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace
