Adele L. (Russo) Sereluca's Obituary
Adele L. (Russo) Sereluca, 78, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Caiello) Russo. Adele loved playing Bingo, scratch off lotto tickets and going to the casino. She enjoyed meeting her sisters out for “cocktails” and spending time with family and friends, especially her beloved grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph O. Sereluca in 1997; her daughter, Loriann Sereluca; brother, Alexander A. Russo and nephew, Alex Russo.
Adele is survived by her son, Joseph A. (Laura) Sereluca; her daughter, Maryann (Andy) Sereluca; six grandchildren, Nicole, Elizabeth, Sophia, Isabella, Joey and Travis; two sisters, Ann Marie Cerimelli and Louise (Tony) Marches; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Adele’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A graveside service will be held at Assumption Cemetery on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.
