Adrienne (Paster) Wyckoff's Obituary
Adrienne (Paster) Wyckoff, of North Syracuse, passed away Monday, November 11 at Crouse Hospital with family and close friends by her side, one month shy of her 80th birthday.
Adrienne was born in Bronx, NY and educated in New York City. She lived the last fifty plus years in Syracuse, NY. She spent 35 years working for the New York State Labor Department. Adrienne battled several types of cancer during the past 25 years, but always found time to donate monetarily and to volunteer her time to various organizations and causes, including 10 years with the Cancer Society.
Adrienne is survived by her husband, Alan Wyckoff; her sister, Francine Balke of New York City; her cousin, Lynn Argo of Westbury, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Adrienne will be missed by her many friends and acquaintances. As many people have said, everybody loved Adrienne.
A funeral service in celebration of Adrienne's life will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Private burial will be in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME on Monday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
