Alfred Amato "Fred" Antonello, Jr.'s Obituary
Alfred Amato “Fred” Antonello, Jr., 57, of Cicero, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Francis House surrounded by his loving family, after months of battling cancer.
Freddy was born in Syracuse and grew up in Liverpool. He was a graduate of Liverpool High School. He worked at Crouse Hinds, Carrier, many years at US Air, owned Choo Choo Chessy’s Diner, Falk Precision, Kelloggs, and finally at Federal Express. Fred enjoyed bowling, golfing, riding his Harley, and enjoying good meals with his friends.
He is predeceased by his father, Alfred Antonello, Sr., and his mother, Mary (Varre) Antonello.
Freddy is survived by his triplet children, Francesca, Nicholas, and Joseph; his former spouse, Marcia; brothers, Tony Antonello and Peter Ilacqua; several nieces and nephews; his special niece, Danielle, and lifelong friend, Joe Guido.
Fred’s family would like to thank the wonderful and caring staff at Francis House and Hospice.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
