Andrew J. D'Agostino's Obituary
Andrew J. D'Agostino, 93 of Eastwood, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Andrew was born in Scranton, PA on May 25,1917 and has been a lifelong resident of the Syracuse area. He retired from Millbrook Bakery in 1984 where he had been employed as a foreman. Andrew also operated a produce farm on Erie Blvd. and sold the product to P & C Food Markets. Andrew is survived by his wife of 63 years, Frances (Rayo) D'Agostino; 1 son, Anthony D'Agostino, 2 daughters, Annemarie (Tom) Field and Jeanne (John) Barnello; 2 grandchildren, Andrew (Brooke) Field, Jessica Field, 2 great-grandchildren, Abigail and Cameron Field; sisters, Anna Tardibone and Rose Bradtke, also several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday at 9:00 AM at Family Funeral Chapel and 10:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM at Family Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
