Anne E. (Zuccaro) Francis' Obituary
Anne E. (Zuccaro) Francis, 92, of Liverpool, passed away Wednesday at her daughter's home in Liverpool. She was born and raised in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret Zuccaro. Anne was a 1939 graduate of Assumption School.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Francis in 2004 and her daughter-in-law, Romaine Francis in 2012. Anne is survived by her daughter, Barbara (John) Angelo of Liverpool; her son, David Francis of Illinois; four grandchildren, Brian and Michelle Angelo, Heather and Ryan Francis; her sister, Rita Vavonese; her niece, Carol Vavonese along with many other nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Anne's life at 12:30 pm. A private burial will be held in Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Anne's memory may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 425 Beechwood Avenue, Liverpool, NY 13088 or to Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088.
