Anthony J. DeAngelo's Obituary
Anthony J. DeAngelo, 71, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, September 12, 2016. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late George and Antoinette DeAngelo. He received his Master’s Degree from Syracuse University and was a teacher with the Liverpool-North Syracuse School District for many years. Anthony enjoyed the freedom and success of spending the later years of his life being self-employed.
Anthony loved his family and friends and cherished all the memories they shared. He made friends everywhere he went and was known by many. He always had a love for music and
enjoyed writing music & playing the trumpet in his younger years and piano throughout his whole life.
Anthony is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jocelyne “Jackie” (Agaliotis) DeAngelo; three children, Kelly Converse, Brian DeAngelo, and Steven DeAngelo; four grandchildren, Steven & Kaitlin Converse, Isabella & Alyssa DeAngelo; two brothers, David (Kathleen) DeAngelo and George (Joanne) DeAngelo; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In keeping with Anthony’s wishes, private funeral services were held at the THOMAS J. PIRRO
JR. FUNERAL HOME.
