Condolences to the Fratto family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says Jehovah God, "heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds." May God bring you comfort and peace.
Tony was a wonderful mayor who took over at a time the town was in dire straights. He turned Phoenix around to a village we could all be proud to say we were from.
I have moved from Phoenix but came home to the small town I was from and continue to speak here of what Tony was able to accomplish for a similar small town on the water in hopes they will have the foresight he did.
Wishing the Halstead and Fratto families comfort in this time of grief.

I first met Tony and John through our Sunset Park Campground. Tony then was hired to be our EMCEE for our yearly Talent Show which donated funds to MD.
Then we heard that Tony was ill and our campground wanted to do something very nice for him. They had a benefit for him - very nicely attended. Kept in touch with John to find out updates on him.
So very sorry for your loss John - I know he will be missed by many. You will be in my prayers for the weeks to come for comfort and support.

RIP Uncle T...You will be missed but never forgotten...Just made a donation to CNY SPCA as you requested..Love you

Rest in Peace Tony, knowing all the great things you did for the village. Even if we had our share of differences, it was a pleasure being your Deputy Mayor and helping you make Phoenix a better place to live. God Bless the family and friends. Danny Dunn
