Anthony L. "Taudy" Tartaro's Obituary
Anthony L. “Taudy” Tartaro, 73, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. A life resident of the Syracuse area, he was born to Anthony J. and Jeanne (Chater) Tartaro. He was the owner and operator of Andy’s Cycle Shop Inc. and was a big part of the Syracuse motorcycle community.
He is predeceased by his father, Anthony J. Tartaro; loving companion, Cindy Fowle; and his brothers, Louie and Jeffrey Tartaro.
Taudy is survived by his daughter, Christina Tartaro; his mother, Jeanne (Chater) Faver; his three sisters, Nina Tyler, Christina Tartaro, and Lori Tartaro; his brother, Joseph Tartaro; a beloved “niecy”, Jenni Timmons; along with many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held from 3 – 6 pm on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, followed by a funeral service in celebration of Taudy’s life at 6:15 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. A funeral mass and burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Taudy’s name may be made to Cuse Pit Crew at cusepitcrew.org in honor of his treasured dog “Shifter”.
