Anthony G. Zeppetello's Obituary
Anthony G. Zeppetello, 62, of Rochester, passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at Rochester General Hospital. Anthony was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of West Genesee High School and received his Bachelors Degree at Lemoyne College. He moved to the Rochester area in 1989. Anthony spent 30+ years in the Insurance Industry and retired from Liberty Mutual in April, 2013. He was an avid golfer and over the last 5 years took an interest in woodworking, building furniture for his home. Anthony also loved and owned Corvettes throughout his life.
He is survived by three sons, Jered Zeppetello of Liverpool, Anson Zeppetello of Syracuse and Daren Zeppetello of Liverpool; three grandchildren; his mother, Carmella (Carfagno) Zeppetello of Syracuse; a brother, Daniel (Rose) Zeppetello of Fairmount; two sisters, Angela Zeppetello of Camillus and Geralyn (David) Hains of Maryland along with two nieces and several cousins.
A funeral service in celebration of Anthony's life will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
