Antoinette M. (Federico) Pacitto's Obituary
Antoinette M. (Federico) Pacitto, 83, of DeWitt, NY, passed away on December 17, 2019 after a brief illness. Daughter of Pietro and Maria Federico, Antoinette was born in Utica where she graduated from Proctor High School. In 1954, Antoinette married Peter P. Pacitto in a service performed by Peter’s father, Rev. Angelo Pacitto. For over 19 years, Antoinette and Peter owned and operated Henry’s Hamburgs and subsequently Sandee’s Fast Foods, one of the original drive-in restaurants within the Syracuse area. Antoinette was also employed by Stickley Furniture Co. as a purchasing agent for 16 years until her retirement in 2000. Antoinette and Peter are members of the Abundant Life Christian Center in East Syracuse. Antoinette was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family, especially at holiday time.
Antoinette is survived by her husband of 64 years, Peter; her three children, David (Maureen), Michael (Kim) and Laurie Bronner; her four grandchildren, Brendon, Michael, Kyle and Ryan.
Family and friends may call on Monday, December 23, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd., (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY, followed by a brief service celebrating Antoinette’s life at 1:00 P.M. Immediately following, burial services will be conducted at White Chapel Memory Gardens, Kinne Rd., DeWitt.
