Antoinette (Vita) Ventrone's Obituary
Antoinette (Vita) Ventrone, 95, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday at her home in the Bernadine Apartments surrounded by her loving family. Born in Syracuse, she worked part time for a few years at Valley Bakery, prior to working part time in the deli department at Greenhill Farms for over 10 years. Antoinette was a communicant of St. Peter Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society at St. James Church, as well as a member of the St. James School Mothers Club.
She was predeceased by her husband Michael B. Ventrone in 2009. Antoinette is survived by her son, Michael F. Ventrone of Syracuse and her daughter, Arlene (Bill) Russell, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 10:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
