Anunciacion D. “Sookie” Cary-Rivera, 38, of Liverpool, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Mims, FL. She was born in San Clemente, CA to Matthew Cary and Agnes Almodal on December 21, 1983 and had an associate’s degree in criminal justice. Sookie was a devoted mother and daughter and was very much in touch with nature, she loved to go fishing, reading and writing books, and was skilled in reading tarot cards. Among her many talents, Sookie loved to listen to music and dance the cockroach dance! Her smile would light up a room! Sookie left behind her 3 dogs which she cherished, many friends (her angels) whom which she loved. We love you forever Cion Cion (mom)
She is predeceased by her grandparents.
Sookie is survived and loved by her devoted husband, Tito Rivera; her children, Amayah, Alex, Aiden, and Aric; her parents, Matthew and Agnes; her seven grandchildren; three sisters and her brother; her three pets; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, immediately followed by a Memorial Service in celebration of Sookie's life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
