I am truly amazed at what I'm reading about Armand My Buddy. When I was in Syracuse in July last year, I was up at the bay. I ran into him and his daughter in the store and we talked for 10 minutes about the old days and family. Rest in peace big guy you deserve it. You were a great guy to know and a great doctor. What a sad day seeing this, the great Dr Armand Cincotta, to know him was to love him, all the years of knowing him not only as my doctor but later becoming my customer and friend, Sunday dinners at Rico’s were always a trip with Joan, Tracy, Larry, Andy and Lauren & Luke, the laughs, conversations and those “F-Bombs” from the Doc, he had a true love for Joan, Andy, his family, patients and friends, what a great accomplished, long life who touched many, many people, “Heart Felt Sympathy” to everyone!! “Rest In Peace” Doc!!
