Audrey E. (Gilchrist) Bosco's Obituary
Audrey E. (Gilchrist) Bosco, 88, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 from complications of Alzheimer’s. She left us to join her parents, Bertha and Fred, her sister Beverly, and brother Rodney.
Audrey enjoyed her long career in a variety of local dry cleaners, making many friends along the way, and looked forward to her many annual Las Vegas vacations. Most of all she loved her family. Audrey opened her heart to everyone she met and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by Tony, her loving caregiver and husband of 64 years; her sister and best friend, Katherine Hurry of Syracuse; two sons, Donald Bosco of Cleveland, NY and Mark (Martha) Bosco of Baldwinsville; granddaughter, Danielle (Mike) Nahorney; a grandson, Mark (Christine) Bosco; and great-grandchildren, Carly and Clayton.
A funeral service for Audrey’s close family will be held from 11 am – 12 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Private entombment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
