Barbara A. (DeSantis) Cowlin, 74, life resident of Syracuse, passed away March 31, 2024. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Mark G. Cowlin, Sr., sons, Howard S. Cowlin and Mark G. Cowlin, Jr., her siblings, Phylis (Richard) Dahlin, Ralph (Marlena) DeSantis and Donna DeSantis, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
