Mrs. Rohmer. What a wonderful person. A few memories that I have about her.
The best damned homemade donuts I have ever had!
The countless times I slept over the Rohmer house- she was always attentive and made sure I was comfortable and had enough to eat.
The dinners over there, Barb Rohmer could cook fantastically.
Her breakfasts with the bacon mixed in the scrambled eggs- delicious.
Her help for Ed and I on a few Halloween nights to cause some mischief.
I could go on and on-
She was a wonderful best friends mom and hopefully she is in a better place .
My thoughts are with you guys - Ed, Laurie and Rick I am sorry for your loss and grieve with you.

Barbara was one of the kindest persons I’ve known. She was always there for my family when needed. Spent many a day chatting with her. My condolences to all of you.

Barb and I worked together at Liverpool Library. We shared many coffee breaks and lunches together, She was a hard worker and a good friend. She will be missed by many.
Barb was one of my closest and dearest friends over years at the library, and ever since. She was always generous, shared her home with me after a surgery, hosted me and visiting friends when I went to Liverpool, sent many cards, and called often. She didn't complain in later years, keeping a positive view of life. Thankfully her pain of the last months is now over. I will sorely miss her, but she will live on in my heart. Comfort and blessings to her helpful sons Ed and Rick, her grandchildren, and to Laurie, who lived with and cared for Barb in recent times.
