Benjamin A. "Benny" Campolo's Obituary
Benjamin A. “Benny” Campolo, 70, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 24, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born in Syracuse and worked at Anheuser Busch for over 30 dedicated years. Benny enjoyed shopping and always looked forward to finding the next deal.
He is predeceased by his parents, John F. Campolo in 2011 and his mother, Carmella (Cimino) Campolo in 2014.
Benny is survived by several close cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 9:45 am – 10:45 am at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse, NY, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Benjamin’s life at 11:00 am at the church. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
