Betty Anne DelVecchio's Obituary
Betty Anne DelVecchio, 59, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully Saturday at Crouse Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Anthony D. DelVecchio, Sr. and Catherine (Cavaleri) DelVecchio. A graduate of Central Tech, Betty worked with Liberty Mutual for 35 years and retired as a service manager. She lived her life in Syracuse and enjoyed traveling with family and friends, especially to Disney.
She is survived by her brother, Anthony D. DelVecchio, Jr. of Syracuse; nephew, Anthony D. DelVecchio, great-niece and great-nephew, Elena and Dominic DelVecchio, all of Rochester.
A funeral service in celebration of Betty's life will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the THOMAS J. PIRRO, JR. FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4 to 7 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
