Bonnie A. (Bass) Littlefield's Obituary
Bonnie A.(Bass) Littlefield, 78, passed away March 21st with her loving family beside her. Bonnie was born on January 1st to Stanley Ray and Mary (Hennessey) Bass. Bonnie grew up in Skaneateles, New York.
To greet her in heaven is her brother, Michael Bass, brother in law, Fred Eisenberg, nephews, William Johnson and Brett Kortright and grandson Andrew Littlefield.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 60 years, Percy (Skip) Littlefield. Five children, 3 sons Shawn (Christi) Littlefield, Kelly (Kim) Littlefield, Erin (Debra) Littlefield, 2 daughters, Tammy (Kevin) Ward-Hotchkiss, and Mary Laurie (Joseph) Giamartino. Bonnie was blessed with 14 grandchildren, Bryan Littlefield, Sarah (Randy) Marciniak, Rachel (Gene Kovaks) Littlefield, Alicia (Matt) Joyner, Laura Littlefield, Ciarra Littlefield, Michael Littlefield, Daniel Littlefield, Martin(Aricka) Ward, Bridgett(Brian) Arnold, Jennifer(Stephen) Lehmann, Joseph Giamartino Jr., Alexandra Giamartino, Gabrielle Giamartino. Five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Olivia, Noah, Jackson, and Bennett.
Also surviving are three devoted brothers William(Mary)Bass, Peter Kortright, and Mark(Nancy) Kortright; three amazing sisters Mary(Richard) Keough, Kathleen(William) Johnson and Patricia Eisenberg.
Bonnie was full of love and life and committed to her family and her love of baking bread. Bonnie spent 26 years baking bread for Glory Bee Bakery, a catholic charities/jail ministry project. With her family and friends beside her, three generations baked bread together.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 am in St. Mary of the Lake Church, Skaneateles. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
