Carl A. Remon's Obituary
Carl A. Remon, 75, of Jamesville, NY, passed away on March 5, 2020 after a short illness. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late George and Anna (Carroll) Remon. Carl retired from IBM after 31 years and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sarah (Reale) Remon; daughters, Debbie (Nelson) Hudgins and Karen (Mark) Henry; sons, Jeffrey (Jodi) Remon and Mark (Megan) Remon; nine grandchildren; sisters, Barbara (Raymond) Schader and Carol Bell; a brother, Jimmy (Dorothy) Remon, along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 9, 2020 from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm at Our Lady of Hope Church (formerly St. James), 4845 S. Salina St., Syracuse, NY, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:30 pm. Burial will take place in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jamesville, NY. Funeral arrangements entrusted to THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Our Lady of Hope Church.
