Carmen G. Curcio, Jr.'s Obituary
Carmen G. Curcio, Jr., 84, of Camillus, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Carmen and Josephine (Ferretti) Curcio. Carmen graduated from North High School and served in the Naval Reserve. He was first employed with Deluxe Lines Trucking Company for over 30 years. After leaving Deluxe, he went on to work for Agway for more than 20 years before retiring. Carmen enjoyed fishing and golfing and was an avid NY Yankees fan. He loved spending time at his son’s camp on Oneida Lake with his family and grandchildren.
Carmen is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Adele Marion (Stepien) Curcio; children, Anthony (Ann) Curcio, Christina (David) Santone and Robert (Danielle) Curcio; grandchildren, Brianna, Nicolino, Natalia, Arianna, Anthony, Lauren, and Ashley, great-grandchildren, Jewelyana and Penelope; siblings, Rose Ann (Ronald) Kuc, Ronald (Beverly) Curcio and Dick Curcio, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a funeral service at noon at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Road (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery & Mausoleums.
