How we hate to come to the day where we say goodbye to Dad.
But you will hear and feel everyday in your heart, Carmen saying all the good and helpful things he taught and told you in all your fortunate years growing up, and working together.
You'll likely even repeat those words yourself, and remember them well as you keep talking to him now, all your life. When you do, you'll likely have that Carmen smile come over you. Enjoy that Joe. You are so lucky to have your years together.

As a YOUNGER MAN I'm now 75, I remember visiting a Mufale site in progress off of Bear Rd. with my young bride in search of a dream home. Mr Mufale introduced himself and (I'm sure knew we didnt have two dimes to rub together) yet he took the time to show us around the yet to be completed house pointing out the important things to look for when in the buying process. I have never forgotten that day. We obviously couldn't afford that home and thru the years, circumstances took us to a different area. However I have many times told people looking in the N.Syracuse area to make sure they look at some Mufale homes built by a craftsman and an HONEST man. RIP Carmine.
