Carole L. Lesczynski's Obituary
Carole (Hardman) Lesczynski of Fayetteville, NY entered into a well-deserved rest with Jesus surrounded by her family on August 1, 2014 at the Francis House in Syracuse, NY at age 74.
Carole Laurene was born in East Syracuse to Earl and Beatrice Hardman on October 20, 1939 and graduated from East Syracuse High School. She is predeceased by her parents, brother Richard, and sister Deborah.
Surviving to keep her memory are her husband of 56 years, Michael and her children: Karen Parke of Canastota NY, Michael (Marilynn) Lesczynski of Honeoye Falls NY, Shelly (Michael) Episcopo of Minoa NY, and Kristin Tedford of Chittenango NY. She also leaves behind her sister Sandra (Jerry) Just of Bridgeport NY and her grandchildren: Elizabeth, Matthew, and Jessica Lesczynski, Nicholas and Christina Episcopo, and Warren, Wesley, William, and Vivianne Tedford.
Carole’s hobbies and interests included refinishing dolls with her special sewing skills and donating them to children at several area schools and to St. Matthews Second Time Store. She enjoyed volunteering at Bridgeport Elementary School with the children as a reading mentor as well as her time spent at St. Matthews Second Time store. Her grandchildren and family were the focus of her life and her pride and joy.
A Funeral mass of Christian burial will be offered at St. Matthews Catholic Church in East Syracuse NY on Tuesday, August 5th at 9:00 am.
A private family interment will be per her request.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Francis House of Syracuse or to honor her love of all animals to an animal shelter of your choice.
