Carolyn A. (Brown) Davis' Obituary
Carolyn A. (Brown) Davis “Gwendolyn and Moony”, 50, of Liverpool, NY, returned to her heavenly home and God the Father on March 30, 2017 after a valiant battle due to a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.
Carolyn was born on October 18, 1966 In Syracuse, NY, daughter to Donald Brown and the late Ann (Bryan) Brown. She was a dedicated mother to two sons, a caring wife, a hard worker, and a loving daughter with a gentle spirit. She enjoyed working at DHL and became an insurance specialist at POMCO for many years. She was an avid sports fan especially to Lebron James and the NY Jets. She was our family’s favorite cook especially when she would prepare her famous chocolate chip cookies. Carolyn loved her family dearly; she also loved learning, reading, visits to the Mirbeau Spa, and her dog Chaeko. Her joyful disposition was steadfast and true; never one to complain and was always encouraging others, despite the cross she carried. She said “To Keep the Faith” a million times. Carolyn was known to be a strong fighter and warrior day to day, and minute to minute.
May her wish to survive and her passing teach us all the virtue of humility she so greatly possessed?

Davis; her two sons, Michael and William Davis; her dedicated father, Donald Brown, and step-mother, Joyce Brown; her brothers, Donald (Sarah) Brown and Robert (Michelle) Brown, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
