Caterina (Papaleo) Catarisano's Obituary
Caterina Catarisano, 94, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2016 in Syracuse, NY. Caterina was born in Italy on August 31, 1921. She enjoyed gardening, cooking for and spending with family. Caterina retired from Learbury and MONY Plaza.
She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Rinaldo Catarisano; her parents, Victor and Maria Papaleo.
Caterina is survived by her children, Annette Carroll, Victor (Cheryl) Catarisano, Dominick (Ann) Catarisano and Mary Catarisano; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
Her family would graciously like to thank the staff at James Square for the care and attention they provided to their loved one.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 11 am – 1:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Caterina’s life at 1:00 pm in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
