Charles A. Maneri, Jr.'s Obituary
Charles A. Maneri, Jr., 59, of Syracuse, passed away on April 30, 2023. He was born in Syracuse and worked as a truck driver for many Syracuse area businesses over the years. Charles was an avid drag racing and NASCAR fan; he loved to work on his P.T. Cruiser whenever he got the chance. More than anything, he cherished time spent with family and friends.
Charles is predeceased by his son, Charles A. Maneri, III, his father, Charles A. Maneri, Sr., and his mother and father, Anita (Ciciarelli) and Wayne Cornwell.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica DeGroat; his son, Paul Maneri; his sisters, Angela (Mike) Cesta and Niki (Eric) Clifford; his brother, Tony (Lisa) Maneri; aunts, Connie Miles, and Diane Bisesi; his uncle, Joe Ciciarelli; his beloved dog, Ace; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Charles’ life at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
