Christine Cwirko's Obituary
Christine Cwirko, 64, of Palmyra, NJ, passed away at Upstate University Hospital on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. She was born in Passaic, NJ and was a graduate of Liverpool High School. Christine was employed as an Administrative Assistant with the state of New Jersey SDA. She loved spending time in Cape May, NJ, and traveling to the Outer Banks, NC. She also enjoyed drinking sweet white wine, “watching” QVC, listening to Bruce Springsteen and dancing to Doo Wop. But above all she loved spending time with her family, especially her two little Angels Laelyn and Mikey. We love you to the Moon and Back CC!
She is predeceased by her daughter, Terese Maiorano in 2002.
Christine is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lorelle and Michael Lashway, Jr., two grandchildren, Laelyn and Michael Lashway III; her parents, Edward and Mary Cwirko; six siblings, Edward (Eleanor) Cwirko, Mark (Jackie) Cwirko, Robert (Ann) Cwirko, Cathy (Jerry) Smith, Paul (Nicole) Cwirko, and Tom Cwirko; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5 – 6:30 pm, followed by a spiritual service in celebration of Christine’s life at 6:30 pm in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
