Ciara M. Edwards' Obituary
Ciara M. Edwards, 24, of Syracuse passed away on July 27, 2014.
She is predeceased by her godfather, Peter Buff.
She is survived by her mother, Shannan Buff; father, Jonathan Edwards; sisters, Amber and Jade Edwards; brother, Gage Edwards; grandparents, Thomas and Carole Buff; uncles, Michael and Jason Buff, aunts, Tracey, Heather and Sarah Buff; nephews, Henry and Jonah Buff; four dogs, Princess, Pixie, Damien and Luna, and many extended family members.
She is a 2008 graduate of Henninger High School. She is famous for being an amazing sister, niece, granddaughter and friend—listener, counselor and comedian. She is also known for being a radiant beam of light that attracted many people to her, lighting up every room she walked into, giving of her big heart and having the uncanny ability of making everyone whom she encountered love her. She loved her family and her dogs more than anything on this earth. Her friends and her boyfriend meant everything to her. All she ever wanted was happiness for those she loved. Of all the accolades that can be bestowed, her greatest achievement was being the most loving, beautiful and caring daughter. Her beauty radiated from the inside out and her love and concern for others was always before herself. Her presence was truly a gift and she leaves a mark on this world in the shape of a heart.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm with a service to follow at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Road, N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA, Humane Society or dog rescue of choice.
