Claude H. Flowers, Jr.'s Obituary
Claude H. Flowers, Jr., 92, of Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Loretto Nursing Home. He was born in Syracuse and retired from General Electric after 33 years of service. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed reading.
He was predeceased by his wife, Jennie (Carulli) Flowers in 2000. Claude is survived by his two sons, David (Maureen) Flowers and Joseph Flowers, both of Liverpool; three daughters, Barbara Bacon of Syracuse, Linda (Ronald) Taylor of Liverpool, and Jill (James) Hayes of Eastwood; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Claude’s life at 11:00 am in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum, Dewitt. Family and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
