Concetta L. "Connie" Campagna's Obituary
Concetta L. "Connie" Campagna, 89, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Anthony and Filomena Ciaccio. Connie enjoyed sewing and especially loved cooking and baking pies for her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Campagna, Sr. in 2010 and her sisters, Nancy Ruffolo and Josephine Tully. Connie is survived by her two sons, Anthony (Barbara) Campagna, Jr. of Liverpool and James V. (Lucille) Campagna of Liverpool; four grandchildren, Anthony Campagna III, Christina (Daniel) Lupone, Alyssa Campagna and Jamie Campagna; a sister, Mary Conti of Syracuse; a brother, Victor (Cynthia) Ciaccio of Florida along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 8:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am in St. Daniel's Church, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
