Concetta (Bella) Malara's Obituary
Concetta (Bella) Malara, 91, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at The Cottages at Garden Grove. She was born in Sicily, Italy, the daughter of John and Concetta (LaTerra) Bella. Concetta worked at the North Salina Bakery.
She was predeceased by her husband, Philip; her siblings, Lena Vantanza, Lawrence Bella, Lucy Cirulli, Josephine Chiaferi, Sam Bella and John Bella.
Concetta is survived by her son, John Fasulo of Syracuse; grandchildren, Jonathan (Yanna) Fasulo of Fairmount and Nathan (Jennifer) Fasulo of Camillus; 5 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Esther Grasso of Texas.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 4 – 7 P.M. with a service to follow at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, burial will be at the convenience of the family in White Chapel Cemetery.
