Constance "Connie" Christaldi's Obituary
Constance “Connie” (Scudo) Christaldi, 101, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Elderwood at Liverpool. She was born in Syracuse on September 27, 1913 to the late Arturo and Victoria (Sardella) Scudo. Connie was a great mother and good friend to all who knew her.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James Christaldi and her son, Samuel Christaldi.
Connie is survived by her three sons, James (Lois) Christaldi of Liverpool; Richard Christaldi of Binghamton; David (Pamela) Christaldi of Pinehurst N.C., her daughter, Dolores Beasley of Houston, TX; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to her caregivers, granddaughter, Connie Callahan, nephew, Arthur (Kathy) Grecco and daughter-in-law, Martha Christaldi.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Connie’s life at 10:00 A.M. at the Franciscan Church of the Assumption, Syracuse. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
