Constance "Connie" (Fortino) Missigman's Obituary
Constance “Connie” Missigman of North Syracuse passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 14, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso and Caroline Fortino. Connie attended North High School where she met and kept
lifelong friends. She was a former volunteer for the St. Camillus Foundation and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She retired her bookkeeping career from Jacobs Office Interiors.
She is predeceased by her brothers, Richard Fortino and Louis Fortino.
Connie is survived by her daughters, Michele Missigman of Syracuse; Denise (John) Quinn of Mason, Ohio and Paula Missigman of Syracuse; her proudest legacies, her grandson, John Anthony Quinn II and granddaughter, Macy Missigman. Also survived by her brother, Al Fortino; sister-in-law, MaryJane Fortino and several nieces and nephews.
Her family would like to thank the many compassionate and wonderful medical staff that cared for their Mom at the end.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Connie’s life at 10:00 am in Holy Cross Church, 4112 E. Genesee St., Dewitt, NY. Family and friends may call from 4:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse, NY.
