Cynthia (Alley) Bainter's Obituary
Cynthia (Alley) Bainter, 77, passed away peacefully at 12:30 a.m. March 24th at her home in Sheridan, Oregon with family by her side. She was a 9-year resident of Sheridan, OR; 25-year resident of Liverpool, NY, and a former resident of Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Cyndie was a loving mother who worked tirelessly as an owner/operator of CNY Court Reporting Services, legal secretary and Real Estate Broker.
In 1991 a severe stroke forced her to retire, but didn’t stop her from guiding her family through all aspects of their lives no matter the circumstance or resistance.

She was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Judge William Robert Alley, Jr., Esq.
Cyndie is survived by her current husband, Carl Bainter of Sheridan, OR; daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Sanders of Liverpool; son, William R. (Linda) Alley III of Brewerton; two granddaughters, three grandsons, three great-grandsons and her brother, John (Wanda) Duncan of Portland, OR.
