Cynthia J. Noboa's Obituary
Cynthia J. Noboa, 57, of East Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday morning, January 8, 2019. Cyndi was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Herman and Elizabeth (Cavanaugh) Bryan. Cyndi was dedicated to her work at Moe’s Southwestern Grill. Above all, she was full of spirit, loved by all, and will be truly missed.
She is predeceased by brothers, James Bryan and John Bryan, and sister, Ann Brown. She is survived by her best friend, Michael Noboa; two daughters, Julie Noboa (Ray Rager) and Brianna Gregory; several siblings, along with many nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes, no services will be held. As she was fond of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, any donations to them would be appreciated at 1085 E. Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13210.
