David Lamanna's Obituary
David Lamanna, 64, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday at his home. He was born in Syracuse and served with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict. David was employed as a meat cutter with Maine's before retiring in July, 2010. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Anne Lamanna. David is survived by his longtime companion, Cathy Calogero of Syracuse and her children, Toni and Joseph Calogero, both of Liverpool; 2 sisters, Barbara (Gerd) Wirickx of Marcellus and Roberta (James) Morgan of Liverpool; 2 children, Marisa Lamanna of Syracuse and Robert Lamanna of FL., 4 grandchildren. Krystal Lamanna of FL., Devon Lamanna of Syracuse, Nicalena and Geovonii Thompson, both of Liverpool; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 9:00 AM in the Thomas J. Pirro Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Thomas J. Pirro Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.
