Desi was one of my best friends and helped me through some of the most difficult times of my life; she helped me hold on at times like no one else could. I enjoyed talking with Desi more than anyone in the world. Everyone should be so lucky and blessed as I was to have a friend like Desi in their life. I know how deeply loved by her family she was and how much she loved you all, who she spoke of all the time. My deepest condolences to you all for the loss of one of the brightest lights this world could know. Desi will be forever loved and remembered, beloved memory eternal. I believe I’ll see Desi again someday in eternity, but I wrote this song for her until then because I’ll miss her so much. Love you forever Desi.
