Domenica "Marge" (Scibilia) Daily's Obituary
Domenica “Marge” (Scibilia) Daily, 73, of Liverpool, passed away Monday in St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born on April 22, 1942 in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (DiMento) Scibilia. Marge was employed by the Young Agency for 28 years and retired from IIAABNY as Vice President after 20 years of service. She volunteered at the Francis House including serving on the Auxiliary Board. Marge was also a volunteer with Upstate University Hospital at Community Campus, and was an Usher at the Oncenter.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Bargelski and Barbara Smith; brothers-in-law, James Daily, Charles William Daily and Kenneth John Daily.
Marge is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald D. Daily; her daughters, Catherine
(Joseph) Morabito and Kimberly Keville (Michael Price); her grandchildren, Michael Morabito, Andrew Morabito, Faith Keville, Meagan Price, Noelle Price and Michelle Pappert; 2 great-grandchildren, Annabelle and Zoey Pappert; cousins, Judy Gersbacher, Jeff Puzzullo, Anne Marie Bond; her brother-in-law, Edward Bargelski; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Daily, Pauline Daily, Sally Case and Dorothy Jane Daily; brother and sister-in-law, Rex and Betty Buker, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Marge’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and staff at Hematology - Oncology Associates, and especially to the dedicated and caring nurses and staff of 3-2 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO, JR. FUNERAL HOME followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Marge’s life at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
