Dominick R. Rossetti's Obituary
Dominick R. Rossetti, 82, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 at James Square Nursing Home. Dominick was born in Syracuse, NY, son of the late Candido and Mary (DeMateo) Rossetti. He was also predeceased by his son, Robert Rossetti in 2017. Dominick is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marion (Dobkowski) Rossetti; two sons, Dominick Rossetti and Brian Rossetti, both of Syracuse; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Colunio and Theresa Fusco; his step-sister, MaryJane Colunio; his extended family member, Cathy Wise, along with several nieces, nephew and cousins.
Dominick retired from S&K Liquors, and then went on to work at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 4:00 – 5:30 pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Dominick’s life at 5:30 pm at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
