Donald E. Greene's Obituary
Donald E. Greene, 85, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at his home. He was born in Syracuse and served with the U.S. Army during WWII. Donald was employed with General Electric for 36 years. He was an avid collector, a member of the NRA and Liverpool Pistol Club. Donald was also a member of the Syracuse Plastics Model Club.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (Karmarczyk) Greene in 2010; his parents, Elmer and Louise Greene and his sister, Mary "Suzie" Marano. Donald is survived by his son, Donald W. Greene of Syracuse; his daughter, Rosene Bordonaro of Syracuse and two grandchildren, Lee A. Bordonaro and Kaley Bordonaro.
Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Friday from 9:30 to 10:00 am with a funeral service following at 10:00 am with Rev. John Ahern. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
