Donna (Leader) Halligan's Obituary
Donna (Leader) Halligan, 62, of Cicero, passed away at Crouse Hospital on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. She was born in Syracuse and was a self-employed Tax Professional for over 25 years. Donna enjoyed traveling and spent time with both her families in Charleston and Syracuse. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her father, Edward Leader and her husband, Terrence P. Halligan in 2005.
Donna is survived by her two daughters, Stacy (Jefferey) Crosby of Charleston, SC and Kelly (Robert) Wiegand of Cicero; five grandchildren, her mother, Teresa (Iovine) Leader of Mattydale; her sister, Colene (Robert) Lamb of Chittenango; three brothers, Thomas (Marian) Leader of Mattydale, Scott (Debbie) Leader of Cortland, and Joseph Lotito of Syracuse, along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Donna’s life at 10:00 am in St. Margaret’s Church, Mattydale. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
