Donna Marie (Cavallo) Priano's Obituary
Donna Marie (Cavallo) Priano, 74, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Anthony and Flora (Mastriano) Cavallo. Donna worked at NY Telephone for 10 years and then became a Teachers Aide for the North Syracuse School District, working at Allen Road Elementary for 20 years. Donna had a great sense of humor and loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her three beloved grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son-in-law, John R. Fiori in 2016 and her sister, Jeanne Marshak in 2014.
Donna is survived by her husband of 54 years, the love of her life and the most amazing caretaker, John M. Priano; her daughter, Jill Fiori; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph, and Gabriella; siblings, Dan (Vera) Cavallo, Pat (Joyce) Cavallo, Jack (Marianne) Cavallo, MaryLou Cavallo, and Laurie Fundora; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 10 A.M. – 11:45 A.M., followed by a funeral service in celebration of Donna’s life at 12:00 P.M. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
