Dorothy E. Pavuk's Obituary
Dorothy E. (Zatko) Pavuk, 83, of Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. Dorothy was born in Hazleton, PA on December 18, 1927 and attended Hazleton High School. She met the love of her life, George and they just celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2011. Dorothy was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and was a former member of Salina Town Hall Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Zatko; sister, Margaret Kargol, brothers, Edward and Steve Dusick. Dorothy is survived by her husband, George Pavuk and her daughter, June (John) Gleich of Baldwinsville; sister, Ceil Oressie of Bradenton, FL., several nieces and a nephew and her grand-dog, "Isabella". A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 AM in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Entombment will follow in Our Lady of Peace Mausoleum. There will be no calling hours.
